The booking process is quick, simple and takes place entirely online. You can easily select a suitable time slot in our calendar-based booking system, then finalise your booking with a secure online credit card payment. We will send you an automatic confirmation of your successful booking and payment by email, so you’ll have all the necessary information at your fingertips straight away.

We know that life can sometimes get in the way, which is why we strive to be flexible. In every case, we provide detailed information – without any hidden small print – on the exact cancellation and amendment terms (as well as the deadlines) in the individual quote and the booking confirmation, so that you can feel completely reassured.

We usually welcome our guests from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival, and we ask that you vacate the flat by 10.00 am on the day of departure. This is necessary so that our professional cleaning team can ensure the flat is spotlessly clean for the next guests. Subject to prior arrangement – and depending on availability – we do our best to be flexible regarding arrival and departure times.

Of course! For us, our hospitality doesn’t end when we hand over the keys. Our Hungarian-speaking contact person is available throughout your stay, both on site and by telephone, so we’re always happy to help immediately should you have any questions or additional requests.

Yes! Although we do not provide airport transfers directly, we are happy to help by recommending reliable local providers so that you can easily organise your journey between the airport and your accommodation.

Hurghada is the realm of eternal summer.
