ENIGMA Apartments – Hurghada
Effective from: 6 July 2026
Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 14:00.
Check-out: no later than 10:00.
Early check-in or late check-out is available only by prior arrangement.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the apartment is:
Maximum: 3 guests
Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay in the apartment.
In the event of an unauthorised additional guest, the Service Provider may:
- charge a surcharge of EUR 100 per person, per night; or
- terminate the booking with immediate effect.
Parties and Events
The following activities are prohibited in the apartment without the Service Provider’s prior written permission:
- parties;
- events;
- commercial events;
- photography or filming.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire interior of the apartment.
A breach of this rule may result in an additional cleaning charge of at least EUR 100.
Pets
Pets are permitted only with prior written approval.
Swimming Pool and Private Beach Area
Use of the swimming pool and private beach area is entirely at the Guest’s own risk.
Children may enter the swimming pool and private beach areas only under adult supervision.
Valuables
The Service Provider accepts no liability for:
- cash;
- jewellery;
- electronic devices;
- any other valuables.
Damage
The Guest is responsible for the cost of any damage caused by the Guest or by any person staying with them.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are:
22:00–08:00.
Guests are kindly requested to refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any other activity that may disturb others during this period.
By confirming the booking, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these House Rules.
